When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address and the product you are interested in.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your device type, browser and pages visited, to improve the website and measure marketing performance.

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange site surveys, deliveries and installations, and provide after-sales support.
To send service communications and, only where you have consented, occasional marketing about new collections and offers. You may opt out at any time.
To meet our legal, tax and warranty record-keeping obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example delivery partners, installation teams and email providers — under appropriate confidentiality terms.
