When and how refunds, cancellations and returns are handled, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act.

Cooling-off and cancellations
Where the Consumer Protection Act's cooling-off provisions apply (for example certain direct-marketing or distance sales), you may cancel within the period allowed by law and receive a refund, less any reasonable costs we are entitled to recover.
Custom-configured or made-to-order units may not be cancellable once production has started. We will make this clear on your quotation.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
If goods are defective, unsafe or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Act. Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by EFT within 7–14 business days of agreement, once any collected goods have been inspected.
