What is covered, for how long, and how to make a warranty claim on your Velura installation.

Coverage
New units carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Typical coverage is: shell structure 5 years, plumbing and jets 2 years, electrical components and heaters 2 years, and cabinetry 1 year. Your invoice and product documentation confirm the exact terms for your model.
Our installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from commissioning.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, neglect, incorrect water chemistry, unauthorised repairs, power surges, or normal wear of consumable parts such as filters and pillows.
Making a claim
Email sales@velura.co.za with your invoice number, model and a description (photos help). Our service team will arrange assessment and, where covered, repair or replacement.
